You may be thinking that we have a typo in our title, but its spelled correctly.  Phishing is the term for a scam in which a dishonest person pretends to represent a legitimate company and asks you to update your account information, number, passwords, name, social security number and/or other personal information.  The information you give out can then be used for identity theft!  Please be cautious with the information you give out.
